Grief 2 Release
Grief to Release is a six-week program that guides you through a transformative journey of meditation, freeform dance, and sound healing. Over the six weeks, you’ll connect with your body, release emotions through movement, and find comfort in sound. This in-person experience offers a safe space to express, heal, and slowly rediscover your joy.
Grief 2 Joy
Grief 2 Joy is a gentle, online program designed to guide you through six transformative steps. Using daily meditations and reflective practices, you’ll learn to honor your grief while gradually opening your heart to small moments of joy. Each step is a compassionate invitation to rediscover hope, one mindful breath at a time.
